The Associated Board has been producing recordings of the exam pieces for the past few years. These recordings are indicative of the type of interpretation and standard expected. How does a student achieve the standard similar to that of the recording?
If the student is unable to attain the required speed, or the intepretation, what can the student do? Are there alternative interpretations? Can the speed be slower? These are a few of the issues that the seminar will address.
Seminar will focus on at least two pieces from each of list A,B, and C.
